My name is Jacqueline Perez, but call me Jackie. I’m a designer currently based in the San Antonio, Texas area. I mainly focus on user experiences and interfaces for enterprise software, mobile apps, and websites. For nearly three years I’ve helped to create and improve products from around the globe with my creative and strategic thinking skills.

A little more about myself
As a Senior UX Designer, I help digital product teams present both simple and complex processes in user-friendly and intuitive ways. I accomplish this by understanding industry challenges and business needs; empathizing with target users; conceptualizing and iterating solutions; and then testing and delivering those solutions. I strive to find the balance between achieving business goals and satisfying user needs.
As I continue my career, I am interested in contributing to digital experiences that are thoughtfully crafted and practical, in the hopes of making users’ lives simpler and more enjoyable. I especially enjoy projects where I can work closely with developers and use their insight to more quickly understand technical constraints and possibilities.
On the side, I enjoy dabbling in photography and video, where I can practice story-telling and catalog moments from my travels around the US and beyond.
